1. Start or join a meeting:

2. Schedule a meeting in Google Calendar:
- Go to Google Calendar and create an event.
- Add meeting details, including date, time, and participants.
- Click Add Google Meet video conferencing to generate a meeting link.
How to invite Ulla to your Google Meet meeting

⭕️ To invite Ulla:
1. Schedule your meeting in Google Calendar:
- When creating a new event, add bot@ulla.bot as a participant.
- If your meeting is linked to Clio, make sure to include the Clio Matter number in the event title.
2. Ulla joins automatically:
- Ulla will detect the invitation and join the meeting at the scheduled time.
- If you invite Ulla mid-meeting, it will join within a few minutes.
3. Receive your transcript & summary:
- After the meeting, Ulla will process the transcript and generate a summary.
- You’ll receive an email with a link to the full transcript and key discussion points.
