Ulla now integrates with Zoom
Teams that use Zoom for their daily meetings can now enjoy all of Ulla’s features just as easily as in Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
From transcriptions and summaries to engagement analytics (Demo), everything works automatically once you’ve connected your account.
Here’s how to get started:
1. Authorize Ulla with Zoom:
- Log in to your Ulla account.
- Go to the “Connected Apps” section and enable “Authorize Ulla” in the Zoom chapter.
- You will be redirected to the Zoom account page, where you need to grant Ulla access by ticking the box in the “Allow this app to use my shared access permissions” field and clicking “Allow”.
2. Arrange a new meeting in Zoom:
- Open Zoom and schedule your meeting via the “Schedule” option.
- Add Ulla as an attendee by entering the email bot@ulla.bot in the “Attendees” field.
- Click “Save”.
3. Ensure that your Zoom and your account are linked:
- Navigate to “Settings” in your Zoom account.
- Click on “Profile” in the left-hand panel.
- Scroll down to the “Connected Apps” section.
- Click “Connect” next to your respective calendar (e.g. Google Calendar).
- You will be redirected to a respective authorization page.
- Grant the necessary permissions by clicking “Allow”.
Ulla will automatically join your scheduled meeting.
4. To remove Ulla from your Zoom account:
- Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage → Added Apps or search for the Ulla app.
- Select the Ulla app.
- Click Remove.
Nothing else needs to be done.
