Managing your meeting history has just become significantly easier. We have introduced a powerful new search functionality within your Scripts tab, designed to help you navigate your meeting archives effortlessly.
What’s new?
You can now search through your entire history of scripts using:
- Script titles
- Participant names
- Email addresses
- Summary content
Whether you are looking for a specific decision made three months ago or a meeting with a particular colleague, Ulla will help you find it instantly.
Smarter navigation
To provide a better user experience, we have added several features to refine your search:
- Highlighting: All matching words are automatically highlighted in your search results, so you can immediately see why a script was returned.
- Advanced sorting: You can now sort your results by relevance or by date (newest first) to find the most recent updates or the most pertinent information quickly.
- Filtering: Combine your search queries with date ranges or script categories (such as Hosted by me, Joined by me, or Uploaded) to narrow down your focus in just a few clicks.
These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to making Ulla not just a note-taker, but your primary source of secure internal intelligence.
