How to use Ulla in MS Teams

Getting started is simple - just follow these steps:

Step 1: ensure you're using a supported MS Teams account

Ulla's integration works with both corporate and personal Microsoft Teams accounts. Your email should be associated with a Microsoft domain (e.g., yourname@outlook.com, yourname@microsoft.com, or a company email with a Microsoft corporate domain).

Step 2: schedule a meeting in MS Teams or Outlook Calendar

Create a new meeting in Microsoft Teams Calendar or Outlook Calendar, just as you normally would. To ensure Ulla joins seamlessly, send the invitation at least 10 minutes beforehand

Step 3: add Ulla as a participant

In the participant field, invite Ulla using **bot@ulla.bot** Your Teams meetings where Ulla is invited will also appear on the Ulla dashboard calendar.

Step 4: approve Ulla in the meeting lobby

When the meeting starts and participants join, Ulla will be in the meeting lobby. Simply admit Ulla from the People/Participants panel, and she'll join automatically.

Step 5: receive your meeting notes

If you've enabled email notifications in Ulla's settings, you'll receive a meeting summary in your inbox. The full transcription and summary will always be available in Ulla's Dashboard under Scripts.
