🔄 How the integration works

Setting up the integration is quick and simple - no code or tech team needed. Once connected, you can send any meeting summary from Ulla into HubSpot manually, with just a few clicks.

Here’s how it works in practice:

  1. Connect your HubSpot account from the Ulla Dashboard (under the Apps section).

Ulla Dashboard →  Apps → HubSpot tile → Authorise → Choose a HubSpot account or Sign in to HubSpot or Create a HubSpot account → DONE

  1. After your meeting, go to the Scripts tab in Ulla and open the relevant summary.
  2. Click Post → HubSpot and enter the contact’s email.
  3. The summary is sent as a Note to that contact’s profile in HubSpot.
  4. Only the meeting summary is shared - not the full transcript or recording. You stay in control.
