🔄 Infrastructure update: from Auth0 to Ory

We’ve recently migrated the mobile app’s authentication system from Auth0 to Ory, following the same transition on our web version. For users, this change is invisible - no login steps were affected - but behind the scenes, it’s a big deal.

Why? Because this shift helps us optimise infrastructure costs and improve performance as Ulla scales up. More users, smoother experience.

💬 Meet the Mobile Chatbot

We’ve introduced chat functionality to the mobile app. Now, you can do more than just read your meeting transcripts on the go - you can ask Ulla questions directly in the app.

Want to double-check what was decided? Need to recall a task or a timeline? No need to scroll through everything - just ask.

How to start a chat with Ulla:

  1. Open the transcript of the meeting you want to ask about.
  2. Tap the Chat tab.
  3. Start typing - Ulla will handle the rest.
